What we collect and why

• Order details — your name, email, delivery address and order contents, so we can take payment, fulfil and support your order. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• Waitlist email — if you sign up for new-stock alerts, we hold your email to send those. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link.
• Payment — card payments are handled by SumUp. We receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number.
• Essential site data — basket and security cookies needed to run the shop.

Who we share it with

We only share what's necessary: SumUp (payments), our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our email provider (for confirmations and alerts), and the courier who delivers your order. We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 6 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
