Terms & Conditions
Last updated 29 May 2026
These terms apply when you buy from Pre Loved Quality Allsorts. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your statutory rights.
Who we are
Pre Loved Quality Allsorts is a trading name of [YOUR FULL NAME], a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Address for correspondence: [YOUR UK CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS, incl. postcode]. Email: info@prelovedqualityallsorts.co.uk.
Our items
Everything we sell is pre-owned and one of a kind. We photograph each item and describe its condition honestly using our grades (Good, Very Good, Excellent) plus notes on any wear. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Once an item sells, it's gone.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown in full on each listing. Free UK delivery — posted within 2 working days. Payment is taken securely via SumUp; we never see or store your full card details. We verify each item is still available and priced correctly before payment is taken.
How a contract is formed
Adding an item to your basket briefly reserves it while you check out. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when your payment is confirmed and we email your order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, a rare double-sale), we'll cancel and refund you in full.
Delivery
We post to UK addresses within 2 working days of payment. Sent via a tracked service with proof of postage. UK addresses only. We'll deliver within 30 days at the latest unless we agree otherwise with you.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have a 14-day right to change your mind, and full rights if an item is faulty or not as described. These are set out in our Returns & Cancellation policy.
Our liability
We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the item.
Complaints and disputes
If something's not right, email us first — we'll always try to put it right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
