Your 14-day right to change your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — no fault needed. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To cancel, email info@prelovedqualityallsorts.co.uk with your order number, or use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back (or of you showing proof you've posted it), to your original payment method.

You can examine an item as you would in a shop. If it's handled more than that and its value drops as a result, we may reduce your refund to reflect it.

Who pays for return postage

If you're cancelling under the 14-day right because you've changed your mind, you pay the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage — the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We refund the price you paid (including the original delivery cost, where one applied).

Faulty or not as described

These rights are separate from, and on top of, the 14-day right above. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose — judged fairly against the item's age, price and the condition we described.

• If something's wrong, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
• After 30 days, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and then a price reduction or refund if that isn't possible.
• We cover return postage for faulty or mis-described items.

Because everything we sell is pre-owned, normal signs of age and the specific wear we describe and photograph on each listing are not faults. Anything we've drawn your attention to before you buy is part of the item as described — but this never overrides your legal rights, and we do not sell anything "as seen" in a way that removes them.

A note on certain items

Sealed media (CDs, DVDs, games or software) can't be returned under the 14-day change-of-mind right once the seal is broken. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.
